I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media. If it is a gift you can specify a release date. 

Payment in full by Square (I will send you an invoice and you can choose the method of payment) is required before you are given a commission slot. I will send you an invoice.  

I reserve the right to say no to a commission I don't want to create or not good for my skillset. 

No refunds are given after the commission has begun. (You will be notified when it begins).

I will send you an update at each process step. You may request an update once a day in addition. 

Commission standard request 5-10 business days usually, but can be faster. you will be notified if it takes longer.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution digital image. A transparent PNG of the figure and any other resolution or formats you need. Please request them as you see fit. There is no extra charge for resize and reformatting.

You will be asked to review the commission during each stage. You can ask for changes at every stage until Shade & Effect. Once the final stage has been started and changes will be an additional charge.

Once I produce the artwork, the product belongs to you and you may use it for  your own profit, however I retain the rights to: 

Promote myself with it as an example of my work

Request to publish prints for sale

Display it (website, social media, etc.)

Do not contact me for work if you are under the age of 18

By accepting my payment terms you acknowledge that you are above the age of 18 when commissioning a piece that contains adult themes/graphics
